    Cool book with great illustrations explaining the correct form for all the major lifts I would recommend it for beginner and novice lifters that wanna get started in the gym, from my coaching experience it s very difficult to unlearn bad movement patterns I ve read somewhere that it takes 10000 repetitions of an exercise to properly learn an action and fix the pattern so make sure you get started on the correct technique
