    Sweet Beginnings 58 pages 3.5 5 22 19This story centers around the founders of the Sweetlin Bakery I think the following books in series follow their daughters s stories.It s a sweet Christian romance low on drama though I m a suspense lover, so it s likely people reading those fluffy, sugar coated romances only will disagree on this point with likeble though not very well developed main characters and mostly unlikeable secondary characters.I liked the writting style very much but wasn t Sweet Beginnings 58 pages 3.5 5 22 19This story centers around the founders of the Sweetlin Bakery I think the following books in series follow their daughters s stories.It s a sweet Christian romance low on drama though I m a suspense lover, so it s likely people reading those fluffy, sugar coated romances only will disagree on this point with likeble though not very well developed main characters and mostly unlikeable secondary characters.I liked the writting style very much but wasn t fond of the story telling style.Coffe and a Beagle 62 pages 4 5 24 19I have to admit I struggled with the female main character very much and the overly rushed in my oppinion ending I liked the male character and the female character s assistant very much and the writting style once again.This story had a much stronger Christian message than the first one but also didn t neglect to show the distruction overly strict Christian traditions and or the disregard of grace against others can cause.Sugar, Spice, And Other Sassy Things 66 pages 4 5 25 19This was another sweet story I liked the three main characters enough but wanted to slap the couple several times for acting so unreasonable.I still like the writting style but stuggleandwith the composition It appears so uniform almost like a modular system with exchanged names and plot details but in generalor less the same Even if it s pretty comon to add some artifical drama to most of chick lits it s something I don t appreciate at all and the reason I read them so seldom.This was my favorite of the stories in this book set but still didn t make me to really want readby this author.My biggest issue with all three stories were the many typos, inorrect words and formatting issues I only hope there comes a time these will be fixed and we get an update without these.The only reson I actually read the entire book set I needed it for a bunch of challenges so I suspect it will continue this way with other book by this author I already own They are nicely short and a change from my usual suspensful readings when I want something to distract myself but so far I can t imagine I d be willing to pay for them I don t like them enough to spend any amount of money

    At first I was taken back by how short the stories were and I thought maybe it was just a teaser book from , but it was written purposedly that way After I realized it was on purpose, I enjoyed the stories Very sweet love stories about a mother and two of her daughters.
