It has been 4 months since fire breathing dragons from another dimension have invaded earth The world with its civilization has been destructed The dragons keep on extending their territories burning civilization to ashes There is no place on earth to hide from them The dragon slayer Bailey is honing her skills to kill dragons His ally, the shape shifter dragon, Aiden is occupied with the task his father has given him to prove himself worthy as a candidate for leadership of their clan.Baile It has been 4 months since fire breathing dragons from another dimension have invaded earth The world with its civilization has been destructed The dragons keep on extending their territories burning civilization to ashes There is no place on earth to hide from them The dragon slayer Bailey is honing her skills to kill dragons His ally, the shape shifter dragon, Aiden is occupied with the task his father has given him to prove himself worthy as a candidate for leadership of their clan.Bailey encountered a group of men who told her that pure dragons are kidnapping young children Furious and determined, she set foot in the crumpling world to rescue the kids But that s no easy task The kidnapper dragon could be anywhere and it would be too late till she finds the dragon s lair So, she seeks sorcerer s help in exchange of a favor As usual, my favorite character, Conrad is with Bailey to help her finding kids and slaying dragons He is such a sweet person with a good sense of humor He is funny and he is always teasing Bailey I love this teasing duo They behave in the most natural way any friends do Even though, this book is a fantasy dystopian novel, the characters and scenarios are so real world like The addition of new characters did not affect the story The story runs smoothly and the new characters fit in perfectly The credit goes to writer as she paid attention to the details and maintained the atmosphere of the story, meticulously Character development is great. This book has better pace than the first installment in the series It is full of action Well written action Another good thing about this book is that it can be read as a stand alone book as the start of the book covers all important bits that happened in the first part I received an ARC of this book by City Owl Press via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

As with the first book in their series I am not sure where to start this review it was so mind blowingly good Took my breath away in every aspect These characters in this world like up so bright in my mind it s impossible not to see them, and then continue seeing them long after I have finished the book I had no need to go back and read the first book to refresh my mind when this second in the series came out because everything was still there in my head There are a few books along the way t As with the first book in their series I am not sure where to start this review it was so mind blowingly good Took my breath away in every aspect These characters in this world like up so bright in my mind it s impossible not to see them, and then continue seeing them long after I have finished the book I had no need to go back and read the first book to refresh my mind when this second in the series came out because everything was still there in my head There are a few books along the way that stay with you forever and they don t come along often but Dragon s Breath is one of those series. It seems pointless to tell you what happens as you need to read the book everyone needs to read the book Bailey is living the apocalypse of civilisation as we know it and it s scary as hell What do we turn into as humans when threatened How do we act What would we do to survive And what about those that are threatening us Nothing is as it seems and the world is utterly fascinating Something I love about Susan Ilene s books is the attention to detail, how many authors think about female sanitary products in a high action, gritty fantasy book This book is real in every aspect and the characters worm their way into your heart and there they are going to stay Can you tell how much I loved this book Just brilliant, I wish I waseloquent to describe how this book made me feel Goosebumps It s going to be re read many many times
