A bit obtuse in some places and a bit too narrow and lacking in detail in others, but overall a good and sound overview of critical theory discourse from the outlooks of a variety of thinkers The chapter on Heidegger and Arendt is especially good, though I say that with some obvious irony because those are the two thinkers at hand here whom most readers will probably need the least background on, yet the chapter on them is the best of all.
